I met Sonia through a family member, and even though she works in the Bay area she helped me sell my house in San Diego. Sonia came highly recommended and after the 1st phone call I knew why. It's because she is definitely an expert in her field, she is very professional and thorough and really knows what she's doing. It's very comforting when you are working with somebody who is experienced and knowledgeable in their field, especially when you're buying or selling a home. I definitely don't think this is standard but, she took care of the bill for staging and professional photos of my house. She also made some small purchases for some things I needed in order to sell my house... Without any type of request for reimbursement.
